Right now we have a requirement that every employee, company wide, has to be willing to work one “weekend” per month. This could mean a full weekend at once, or two Saturdays or two Sundays— even one Saturday one week and a Sunday a different week. The reason for this is because weekends are so difficult to find people willing to work and we have to make sure we are being fair company wide. This doesn’t mean that we will necessarily even schedule you those dates, but it is a requirement that you are willing and able to do be scheduled.
