It all started when…

Our story started on paper, as a dream that we hoped would one day turn into a reality. Kasey and Brie opened the first Brie'sta Coffee Company on November 17th, 2013 when Kasey was 22 and Brie was just 20 years old. Since, we have continued to grow our amazing staff of baristas who together have over 30 years of combined experience that we take the utmost pride in.

Here at Brie’sta Coffee Company we make it our mission, everyday, to serve more than just coffee. We strive to serve every cup of your favorite drink with a smile, in hopes that we can make a positive impact on your day. We also love serving our local community and always give back as much as we can. We believe in spreading our success to all that help us achieve it.

We are passionate about using the highest quality equipment, ingredients, and exclusive recipes. Our coffee beans are roasted in small batches every single week locally in Meridian, Idaho. Small batches, roasted more often, ensure that we are serving the freshest cup of coffee we can. And our recipes... our recipes are one of a kind. You won’t get irresistible Brie’sta recipes just anywhere; we aspire to create the most unique combinations to suit every tastebud.
