Store manager APPLICATION

 REQUIREMENTS:

●   MUST BE AVAILABLE A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS A WEEK

●   WILLING TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS/ MESSAGES AT ALL TIMES

●   INVENTORY STICKERS, TIP SHEETS, DEPOSIT SLIPS & ENVELOPES

●   WILLING TO FIND COVERAGE FOR CALL INS, AND TAKE EXTRA SHIFTS IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AND YOU ARE

●   IN CHARGE OF MONTHLY CLEANING LIST

●   ORGANIZE A SHED CLEAN OUT MONTHLY

●   KEEP MERCHANDISE ORGANIZED & STOCKED (IF APPLICABLE)

●   MUST PARTICIPATE IN A WEEKLY MANAGER MEETING

●   WILL HOLD A MONTHLY SHIFT LEAD MEETING OR TRAINING

●   KEEP TRACK OF & UPDATE INCENTIVE POINTS

●   KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ALL SHIFT LEADS & CHECK WEEKLY REPORTS

●   DOCUMENT & TAKE CARE OF ALL DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

●   CHECK WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT BEFORE 2ND & 3RD WARNINGS

PAY:

  • THIS POSITION WILL BE COMPENSATED IN TWO PARTS: UPON RECEIVING THE POSITION, THE RECIPIENT WILL BECOME A “MANAGER IN TRAINING.” THIS POSITION WILL PAY $13/ HOUR. DUTIES WILL REMAIN MORE OR LESS THE SAME AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE THIRD BRIE’STA SHOP. AFTER TRAINING (APPROXIMATELY JULY 1ST, 2023) THIS POSITION WILL BECOME A SALARIED POSITION AND THE PAY/BENEFITS WILL BE-

    • BASE SALARY OF $24,960 + TIPS (APPROXIMATELY $15,000 PER YEAR, BUT CAN VARY) = $44,150/ YEAR OR $3,330/ PER MONTH

    • 3% IRA RETIREMENT MATCH (OPTIONAL)

    • HEALTH INSURANCE OPTION (OPTIONAL)

    • ONE WEEK PAID VACATION PER YEAR

    • SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
