FAQ
Can we wear our hair down?
Yes, it is technically not against policy to wear your hair down. However, if your hair becomes a distraction or gets in the way of completing your tasks, you will be asked to pull it back. It is typically easier for women to wear their hair up and perform at their highest level.
Can we wear open toed shoes?
Yes, it is technically not against policy to wear open toed shoes such as sandals, flip flops, etc. However, we do deal with glass bottles and are constantly running around at work. It is typically best if you wear a shoe that you can move around quickly in and will not hurt you if you if something gets dropped on your foot. If your shoes become a distraction and limit your ability to work, you will be asked to change your shoes.
Are we allowed to take off more than 9 days in a row?
As per policy, you may take more than 9 days off in a row, however you MUST obtain special permission from a manager BEFORE booking your trip tickets. We always do our best to accommodate trips for everyone, but we need to spread them out evenly so that not everyone is gone at the same time. Please help us to continue to allow everyone the equal chance to go on a trip by approaching your manager as soon as you know you want to take a trip.
