The purpose of this feedback form is to allow us to hear your voice on some topics people have
been throwing out there. Some questions are very specific, while others are total opinions.
Please answer with as much detail as possible to help me really see and understand your
thought process and point of view. Please keep in mind that I truly value your feedback and will
consider all of it, but I may not be able to make every change suggested.
How do you feel about a two week schedule? Meaning you would only receive your schedule for the 1st to the 15th and then the 16th to the end of the month just like pay periods. Any issues you see with this? Time off for multiple days may still need to only be approved once a month. Again, just thoughts, let me know what you think.
Do you have ideas on how we can improve our training materials? Where do you feel like new hires are lacking? Or if you are a newer employee, what are you still a little confused on?
How do you feel about us opening up a shift lead job that’s more specifically for closing? Meaning you would still work regular shifts, but you would have more closes than the other shift leaders. (Please setup a meeting with me if you would like more information). Are there any problems you see with having a more defined schedule for some employees?
Would you be interested in a full time position? In order to qualify, you would have to commit to regularly scheduled shifts to hit an average of 40 hours a week. You would be eligible for benefits such as insurance, retirement match, a higher hourly rate, and PTO. (Please setup a meeting with me if you would like more information). Are there any problems you see with having more full time staff?
How can we solve our call in problem? Do we hire more staff? Do we force people to cover one shift a month? Do we have a point system where you are only able to call out so many times a year without being written up/ let go ( a lot of companies have this policy)? Really dive into this one!
Would you have any interest in being a floater? Meaning you no longer have a set store to work at. Instead, you are scheduled at whatever store may need you for that day/ week?
How do we find more people willing to work weekend shifts? Do we offer more pay for weekends? Do we force people to work 3 weekend days a month? Do we cut back on time off and not allow as much? Do we allow one set day off during the week to make up for working a weekend? Give me all the thoughts here too please.
What is something your manager is doing amazing at? Please tell me who your manager is so I can give them the feedback.

On this question, I know it’s tempting to completely bash them and say how horrible they are doing. But, please give something that is constructive and encouraging. Is it something you PERSONALLY have against them, or something the company can change?
Is there anything that your current job doesn’t require but you would love to help out with or include? Examples: social media, maintenance, deep cleans, window washing, being on call, supply runs, community outreach, merchandise, weekly meetings, etc.

Do you ever feel like your voice just isn’t heard on something you want to throw out there? Spill that right here so I can dive into all those things. This can be anything! Maybe you think our buildings should be pink because it’s a really happy color and would attract people. Maybe you think we should have a jeans and tshirt dress code so you don’t have to think about what to wear. Maybe you have an awesome new drink idea, or syrup flavor you would love to add into the mix. You get the idea, anything and everything here!
